The sequence below is a practical project framework based on the supplied installation material. Scope, drawings, responsibilities and timing are confirmed for each venue and equipment configuration.

Site survey and venue planning

We review the venue dimensions, clear height, structure, access routes, utilities, guest circulation and operating area before confirming whether the selected configuration fits.

Equipment and system selection

The project scope is matched to capacity, budget, screen format and expected visitor experience, including projection, audio, motion seating, show control and effects.

Construction drawings and coordination

The engineering package coordinates screen position, projector points, speaker layout, seat arrangement, electrical routes, service clearances and technical zones with the venue team.

Dome or bowl-screen installation

The screen structure and panels are assembled and fixed according to the approved drawings. The team checks alignment, surface flatness, seams and structural stability before projection setup.

Projection, audio and control installation

Projectors are positioned for full screen coverage, with service space and ventilation reserved. Audio channels, media servers, control consoles and system connections are installed and labelled.

Integration, calibration and handover

The complete system is tested for image quality, audio synchronization, motion-seat trajectories, control response and effects coordination. The handover plan includes operator guidance when included in the project scope.

Accurate site information helps the team evaluate fit, access and system requirements before final equipment selection. Local approvals and building works remain subject to the venue, landlord and local authorities.

Scope boundary

Customer and Wehop responsibilities

Clear responsibility boundaries reduce installation delays. The final scope, fees and exclusions should be recorded in the quotation and service agreement.

Customer provides

  • Complete the room construction and decoration according to the approved drawings
  • Provide stairs and platforms when they are not included in the order
  • Arrange four general laborers and one or two electricians during the installation stage
  • Provide the necessary local tools and safe working conditions
  • Coordinate local civil works, electrical, fire-safety and construction requirements

Wehop provides

  • Provide one or two professional engineers for paid on-site installation guidance when included in the service agreement
  • Support system commissioning and integration after the equipment is installed
  • Provide one day of operator training covering operation, cashier and backend functions, troubleshooting, software upgrades and film updates
  • Provide operation and daily maintenance documentation at handover

Commissioning and handover

Acceptance, training and handover

The project handover is completed after the system is commissioned and the agreed acceptance checks are recorded. Operators receive one day of practical training and the operating documentation listed below.

  • All film playback programs run normally
  • The equipment has no obvious external damage
  • The attraction passes a full-load test with 30 minutes of normal operation

  • Screen or dome surface alignment and projection coverage
  • Projector focus, brightness, colour uniformity and blending
  • Audio channel balance and synchronization with content
  • Motion-seat movement limits, trajectory calibration and safety checks
  • Control-system signal switching and subsystem coordination
  • Operating guidance, maintenance access and open issues list

Startup and shutdown, cashier management, backend functions, common troubleshooting, software upgrades and film update downloads.

Warranty and support

  • One-year warranty for the complete machine
  • 24-hour online remote support
  • A recommended spare-parts list supplied with the machine
  • Hardware parts can be shipped by DHL or another international express service; delivery is typically about five days after dispatch, subject to destination and customs
  • Travel, civil works, electrical work, fire protection and local construction are excluded unless separately agreed
