What is flying theater?
A flying theater is a large-scale indoor entertainment project where audiences ride in dynamic flying seats and follow a set storyline, transitioning from a real indoor space to a virtual environment (dome screen film) for a flying experience. Wehop Flying Theater utilizes cutting-edge holographic projection technology to create a mesmerizing virtual space, delivering a captivating and enjoyable visual feast.
A flying theater primarily consists of four parts: architectural space, motion platform, audio-visual system, special effects system, and control system. Featuring dynamic seating and a wrap-around circular screen, the theater offers a one-of-a-kind cinematic impact. The hemispherical screen completely envelops the audience, providing a heightened sense of realism and powerful surround sound that allows viewers to “encounter” diverse scenes like space, ocean, cyberpunk. By employing the same caliber of technology found at Disney and Universal Studios, the system achieves a lifelike, 3-dimensional immersive flying experience. The vast sky, interwoven with synchronized light, shadow, and sound, pulls you into an experience where everything feels vividly real and within arm's reach.
